Shipping policy

ThatCrochetGuy offers shipping on all orders to Canada, United States destinations and other global destinations.

ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED:  Once your order has been confirmed, an email notification will be sent to you with your ThatCrochetGuy order number for your purchase as well as a tracking number for your package once shipment has been arranged. All orders can be tracked using our Track My Order feature on the Chatbox. Prior to shipment, all orders are inspected for quality to ensure that your order is free of any defects.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?  Our products are handmade and requires 1-2 weeks for production, depending on the number of orders in the queue. The shipping time displayed applies once your order is ready to ship, not from the date of purchase.

TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER:  Please Contact Us immediately within 12 hours of submitting your order with your cancellation or change request. To expedite the request and avoid any delay, please kindly include your order number with your request. Cancellation or change requests received by ThatCrochetGuy after 12 hours of placing your order may be subject to additional fees associated with the cancellation or change request.

DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING RATES

ThatCrochetGuy preferred shipping method for standard free shipping is USPS or UPS.  For expedited or international shipping, we may select another carrier in an effort to provide you with the quickest delivery at the best rate.
