We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All our products are handmade in small/medium batches to ensure quality and craftsmanship. Orders can only be placed during designated order windows, which will be announced on our website, social media channels, and/or dedicated email lists.
Because each item is made to order, production begins only after the order window closes. This means delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume and production capacity. By placing an order, you agree to the stated production and delivery timeframe.

Please note: Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to changes of mind or impatience with the wait time. Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances on our end.
We reserve the right to adjust order windows, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

 

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

While we try to ensure that all prices posted here are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for any typographical and other errors that may appear on the website. If the posted price for a bag or PDF Pattern is incorrect due to typographical or other error, we are only responsible for the correct price, which we will endeavour to provide to you as soon as we become aware of the error. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate and up to date, up-to-minute information. However, it is your responsibility to verify with us that all the details listed are accurate.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REFUSE TO ACCEPT ANY ORDER PLACED BASED ON INCORRECT PRICING.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the product.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of Digital Products (PDF Patterns), we cannot offer a refund for change of mind. It is very important that you read the product page, title and description thoroughly.

 

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities due to the nature of production. We do not offer refunds once the product has been created and shipped.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of Canada, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. RETURNS

Because of hygiene reasons, all our crochet products are not eligible for return. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. Once a digital product has been paid for, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

For physical products, Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours before production begins for a full refund.

Once production has started, cancellations are subject to our internal cancellation policy. Depending on the stage of production, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued. This is because time, materials, and labour have already been invested in creating the product.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Your order arrives damaged due to shipping (evidence, such as photos, must be provided within 48 hours of delivery).

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The product has a significant manufacturing defect that is not consistent with our quality standards.

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances on our end.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after production has begun.

  • Delays caused by customs, couriers, or other third-party shipping providers.

  • Minor variations in colour, size, or texture, as each bag is handmade.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Normal wear and tear after use.

 

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or exchange.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

All digital products are delivered instantly after your purchase is completed.

Your download link will be sent to the email address used during checkout. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder before contacting us.

 

Physical Products

Every crochet bag is made entirely by hand from scratch, we do not keep a stockpile of pre-made bags ready for shipment.

Because each piece is handcrafted with care, production typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order and the number of orders currently in our production queue.

Please note that the 1–2 week timeframe is for production only. Shipping begins after your bag has been completed.

We fulfil orders on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure every customer receives the same level of care and attention. We kindly ask for your patience while we create your order to the highest standard.

 

Shipping

For expedited or international orders, we may use a different shipping carrier to provide the fastest and most reliable delivery available.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information (where available).

Please note that shipping times displayed at checkout refer to transit time only and do not include our production time.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. island territories.
